The Challenge
Nurses and field staff needed a simple mobile experience to access assigned cases and complete required visit forms while working in the field. Administrators also needed a centralized interface to manage staff, cases, visits, forms, and operational information.
System Architecture & Approach
Developed a mobile-first Canvas App for nurse and care staff to view assigned cases, access visit information, and complete visit forms from the field. A Model-driven App was implemented for administrators to manage operational data and staff activities, with Dataverse providing centralized data management and Power Automate supporting workflow automation.
